1. General provisions*.
This document defines the terms of cooperation between the customer and the web designer for the development of a website / web design.
2. Subject of the contract.
The Contractor undertakes to develop the design of the website (or any other design) in accordance with the terms of reference provided by the Client, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for the work performed in accordance with the terms of this document.
3. Responsibilities of the contractor.
- Develop the design in accordance with the Client's requirements.
- Provide the Client with intermediate results for approval.
- Make the necessary changes according to the Client's comments.
4. Client's obligations.
- Provide all necessary information and materials for design development.
- Make timely payments in accordance with the terms of this document.
- Provide constructive comments and feedback on interim results.
5. Payment.
- Option 1:** 100% payment before the start of work.
- Option 2:** Payment for the Contractor's work is made in two stages: 50% advance payment before the start of work and 50% after the completion of all work and approval of the final design by the Client.
- Option 3:** Payment in phases: 20% advance payment before the start of work, 50% after completion of half of the work, 30% after approval of the final design.
